The Original Clearview Ranch

Hittin' the trails

Bone-A-Fide is the Northwest's original Free-Range Dog Boarding and Daycare Facility. We are a one-of-a-kind Dog Ranch, featuring 5-fully fenced acres of trails and play yards, a 4,100 square-foot fully insulated and heated indoor play space, a 5,280 square-foot covered outdoor arena, a 2,000 square-foot "dog-house" with five spacious overnight bedrooms, and an experienced staff to meet all of our guests needs. We have special areas for smaller dogs as well as an old-timer area. Our primary goal is to offer a safe and fun alternative to the traditional kennel for well socialized dogs. We cater to high energy, playful personalities, as well as older or just mellower types.

Indoor play hut

Our good friend and former daycare driver Rob Bruce is opening a dog ranch a few miles up the road which will serve as our annex. It is called the Disco Dog Ranch and can board up to 20 of our dogs during busy or booked times. Please visit the Disco Dog Ranch page for pictures and more information about our partnership. The Disco Dog Ranch will only serve as our annex and will not be open to the general public. We are excited to be expanding and Rob couldn't have landed a better piece of property for a dog ranch, the dogs are loving it!

Our services

One of the overnight rooms

Vacation Stay - Your dog(s) will enjoy a full day of supervised play with our other guests, where they can sniff and run and romp about on our 5 acres of trails and fields in an off leash environment. We feed each guest, individually, breakfast and dinner, and we strongly recommend you bring their food, so we do not disturb their digestive system. We can accommodate most food and/or medication requirements for no additional charge, just ask in advance. Each guest dines in a bedroom separate from the other dogs, unless they live together. At night, all dogs sleep in one of our 7 assigned bedrooms equipped with lots of comfy beds and/or couches with up to 4 or 5 other dogs.

An outdoor play area

Doggy Daycare - If you live in our area, you can drop your dog off to play any day of the week after 7:30 am, and pick-up anytime before 6:00 pm We also offer a pick-up and drop-off service for dogs in in Ballard, Queen Anne, Fremont, Greenwood, University District, Magnolia, Wallingford, Greenwood, Greenlake, Lake City, Northgate, Wedgewood, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Bothell, Mill Creek, Juanita, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, and Clearview (soon to be servicing Lake Stevens, Marysville, and parts of Everett). You don't even need to be home! We come over some time between 9:00 and 11:00 am, pick up your excited dog, drive 'em out to the Ranch, play like crazy for 4 hours, then drop 'em off tired and happy, sometime between 3:30 and 6:00 pm The dogs get supervised off leash play time on any and all of our 5 acres. Daycare is guaranteed to wear out even the most rambunctious pooches. Its a great way to socialize your dog and get them the extra exercise they really need.

Inside the hut

Grooming and Massage - We can now clean and brush your dog after their visit to the Ranch, so they come home exhausted, satisfied, and sparkling clean. We also offer revitalizing massage therapy for your dog. Elderly dogs as well as those who tend to over do it while at the ranch, will greatly benefit from this healthy and beneficial service.
