1. Come for a Meet & Greet

You’ll get a tour while your dog hangs out with the pack. We’ll answer your questions and make sure your dog’s comfortable here. There’s no appointment necessary. Just swing by any Saturday between 12 and 3 pm. Dogs more than a year old must be spayed or neutered.

2. Fill out our Contract

Complete our one-page Contract/Information Form. You can download it now or pick it up at the ranch.

3. Provide vaccination records

Before your pet’s first stay, provide us with a copy of their current vaccination and fecal records, including: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella within the last year, and a negative fecal test within the last six months. We strongly recommend the Lepto vaccine.




A word about vaccination and fecal records.

Current vaccination and fecal records are required for all dogs, for every dog’s safety. It is your responsibility to make sure we have up-to-date records prior to your dog’s stay. Proof of vaccinations can be faxed to us at 360-668-1756 or given to us when you drop off your dog.

Note: If you don’t provide a current fecal test, your dog WILL NOT be able to play with other dogs until we receive proof of a negative fecal test. We are not equipped to properly exercise dogs individually, and it won’t be fun (for us or them) to keep them isolated. If a current fecal test is not provided, we will bring a sample to the veterinarian of our choosing. There is a $35 convenience fee plus the cost of the test (usually $25-$30).
